چکیده

An electric vehicle (EV) usually has two main power converters, namely one for the motor drive system and another battery-charging system. Considering similarities between both a new unified converter battery charging of EVs is propounded in this paper. By using single converter, cost, volume, weight electronics are reduced, thus also making possible reduction final price EV. Moreover, proposed capability bidirectional flow. During operation traction mode, controls driving regenerative braking. Additionally, during with EV plugged into electrical grid, flow slow or fast (grid-to-vehicle (G2V) mode), discharging batteries (vehicle-to-grid (V2G) mode). Specifically, paper presents computer simulations experimental validations motor-driving mode (in G2V V2G modes). It demonstrated that field-oriented control used good performance different values mechanical load operates high levels quality, mode.
